MOHSIN SHAHZAD was born in Mansehra, KPK, Pakistan. He received the BE (2006) degree in industrial electronics engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Pakistan, M.Sc. (2009) degree in avionic systems engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a Ph.D. (2017) degree in electrical engineering from Technical University, Vienna, Austria.
From 2013 to 2017, he was a Research Fellow at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, Vienna, Austria. Since 2017, he has been working as an Assistant Professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, CUI, Pakistan. He is the author of 22 articles. His research interests include the planning of modern power systems, renewable energy integration, and power electronics converters.
