Tamara Brown is Associate Professor at the School of Rehabilitation and Health Professions at Leeds Beckett University, specializing in co-produced research with people living with obesity and other chronic health conditions. She received a BA (Hons) in Health and Community Studies at the University of Chester, an MSc in Public Health (Medicine) at the University of Aberdeen, and a PhD in the management of obesity at Teesside University. Tamara has held Research Fellow posts in seven other UK universities and lectures on research methods as well as undertaking student supervision. She has authored over 60 peer-reviewed journal publications and over 30 scientific reports for funders including the BDA, NICE, NIHR, OHID, and the WHO.
