David Ranucci is graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 1995 at the University of Perugia. Since 2017 he has been an Associate Professor. It has carried out and is carrying out studies on the hygienic and sanitary characteristics of food of animal origin with particular reference to microbial and chemical contamination and product safety guarantees for the final consumer. Experience in the evaluation of the chemical/physical, hygienic/sanitary, nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of the main foods of animal origin.
