Dr. Wenyue Gao received her Ph.D. from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017, worked as a Research Assistant at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in 2018, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Geneva from 2018 to 2020. She has been working as an Associate Research Scientist at the Institute of Marine Science and Technology, Shandong University from 2020 to the present. In addition, she is a Young Scholar of the Future Program of Shandong University and a recipient of the Excellent Youth Fund Program (Overseas) of Shandong Province. She mainly focuses on the investigation and application of analytical methods and sensors and performed a lot of creative work to detect various ions and molecules with different analytical methods including fluorescence, chemiluminescence, electrochemiluminescence, and electrochemical techniques.
