Prof. Dr. Camila Renata Corrêa Camacho holds a degree in Biochemical Pharmacy from the University of Ribeirão Preto (1992), a Master's degree in Pathology (2000), and a PhD in Pathology (2006) from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and a Post-Doctorate at the Human Nutrition Research Center (HNRC) at Tufts University in Boston-MA in the area of ​​oxidative stress (2008 to 2010). Currently a Permanent Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Pathology at the School of Medicine of Botucatu, UNESP, and Academic Support Assistant at the Experimental Unit of the School of Medicine (UNIPEX) - Botucatu, UNESP. She has experience in the area of ​​Biochemistry, working mainly on the following topics: oxidative and inflammatory stress, micronutrients and high-performance chromatography (HPLC), and antioxidants and bioactive compounds.
