Hsin-Ying Lee received a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, in 1999, and a Ph.D. from the Institute of Optical Sciences, National Central University, Taiwan, in 2003. She is a Professor at the Department of Photonics at National Cheng Kung University. Her current research interests include gas sensors, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, and solar cells.
