A technique is proposed for estimating the probability of the possible appearance of defective products or the inconsistency of the production service on the basis of indexes of suitability and reproducibility of the production process. The index of reproduction is recommended to be calculated on the basis of the standard deviation, which can be established by the average span of the control map and the limits of the tolerance field. At the same time, the production process must necessarily be in a state of statistical controllability. The suitability index cannot be calculated on the basis of the control card characteristics, but it is evaluated solely on the basis of the total of the standard deviation, which is calculated by the Bessel formula and the tolerance limits. The production process does not need to be statistically controllable. Conclusions on the suitability or insufficiency of the products (production services) are based on the value of the indexes of reproduction and suitability, which can take values less than or greater than one. On the basis of these indexes of obtained values, the probability of production appearance or characteristics of the production process, that does not match the established requirements, is established.

The development of evaluation methods for precision measurement and inter-verification interval measurement for measurement devices based on the concept of the uncertainty of measurement is needed in order to establish the timing of the next scheduled or unscheduled verification of the correspondence of metrological characteristics to their standardised values. The definition of the timing (periodicity) of the metrological verification of measurement devices as used in business or health care, while monitoring environmental conditions and proving health and safety at work, is an urgent issue in scientific research, upon which depends the quality of goods and services. A method of evaluating the accuracy of measurements and the inter-verification interval for measurement devices is proposed, based on using international standards guidelines for quality measurement. The calibration method for evaluating the inter-verification interval of measurement devices was tested during the metrological certification of the measurement device for the moment of inertia of electric motors.

Risk assessment is an integral part of an enterprise's quality management system. The risk of low quality products is the most significant risk, as it is directly related to the concept of enterprise competitiveness. The paper analyzes the scientific papers related to the assessment of the quality of products, processes and services, their disadvantages, possible limits of application. It is proposed to use mathematical dependences to obtain estimates of product quality indicators on a dimensionless scale. Knowing the density function of random variables of product quality indicators and knowing the mathematical dependence of their estimates on a dimensionless scale, it is proposed to obtain the density function of estimates. Knowing the function of the density of estimates of quality indicators, it is proposed to find the probabilities of risks of the assessment of quality indicators in any given interval on a dimensionless scale. A method for assessing the risks of low quality products has been developed

A method for estimating the level of confidence when determining the coverage factor based on control errors is proposed, using the example of measurements of ion activity. Using information on tolerances and uncertainty, it is possible to establish a reasonable interval around the measurement result, within which most of the values that can be justified are assigned to the measured value.

In the paper it has been proposed to use a fuzzy-controller in telecommunication networks for improving the routing process. An architecture of the fuzzy-controller was developed. Linguistic variables, terms and membership functions for input and output values have been defined. Rules base has been developed. The operation of the fuzzy-controller has been simulated.

Proposed the frequency of method to assessing the dynamic uncertainty of measurement devices which allows to investigate the accuracy of changes in the dynamic operation conditions in the frequency domain, estimate the amplitude dynamic uncertainty based on frequency characteristic and the spectral function of the input signal. This approach was tested at the evaluation dynamic uncertainty of devices measuring dynamic torque of induction electromotors, whereby it was confirmed correctness theoretical statements. On the basis of the calculations that the relative dynamic uncertainty of device measuring is 5.38% and the measuring range from 0.1 to 8 N m, and in the range measuring of dynamic torque of electromotors from 0.1 to 30 N m its value is 5.33%. The proposed approach to the evaluation of the dynamic uncertainty can be used for measuring instruments that have dynamic elements of any type. First proposed a theoretical approach to the assessment the characteristics dynamic of the uncertainty of measuring instruments, working in dynamic modes of operation that meets international standards for presentation of the characteristics of quality and accuracy of electrical products. Theoretical results are tested when measuring dynamic torque of electromotors, which confirmed the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed frequency method for estimating dynamic uncertainty.
