Dr. Fengzhang Luo received his B.Eng. degree, M.Eng. degree, and Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University, China, in 2003, 2006, and 2010, respectively. He was a postdoctoral fellow in electrical engineering at the Electrical Engineering Postdoctoral Station of Tianjin University and a state-sponsored visiting scholar at Stanford University and the University of Tennessee. He is currently an associate professor, master’s supervisor, and doctoral supervisor in electrical engineering at the School of Electrical Automation and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. His main research directions are distribution system analysis, evaluation and optimization planning, low-carbon and intelligent distribution systems, and integrated energy distribution system planning and operation. He is a member of IEEE and IEEE PES, a correspondence review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a dissertation review expert of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education. He is a reviewer for SCI journals such as IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, and for journals such as Transactions of the CSEE, Automation of Electric Power Systems, Power System Technology, High Voltage Technology, Power Systems and Automation, China Electric Power, Modern Electric Power, and Journal of North China Electric Power University.
