Igor Gritsuk is a Doctor of Science in Engineering, Professor, Professor of the Department of Ship Power Plants Operation of Kherson State Maritime Academy (Ukraine), and Head of the research laboratory "Systems for monitoring and control of power plants and means of transport in operating conditions" of Kherson State Maritime Academy (Ukraine). His experience in science and education spans over 30 years. His main areas of research are monitoring parameters of the state and efficiency of vehicle operations; intelligent transport systems and information technologies in transport; operation and remote diagnostics of power plants and vehicles; systems for the thermal preparation of engines and vehicles based on means of thermal energy accumulation, heat utilization, and energy recovery in transport; resource and energy saving in transport; the use of alternative fuels for internal combustion engines; and the automatic control and regulation of internal combustion engines. He is the author of more than 200 scientific publications, monographs, manuals, and textbooks.
