Remote monitoring is the most important stage in controlling the technical condition of a modern vehicle under operating conditions. Remote control of the technical condition involves using V2I systems in order to form and apply individual maintenance and repair systems. V2I information model developed in the article is characterized by vehicle digital field, limited by regulatory rules, with means for technical condition parameters monitoring and components of infrastructure for each vehicle monitoring. The article describes the peculiarities of V2I information system and the process of monitoring and evaluating the vehicle technical condition under operating conditions with the possibility of forecasting. The monitoring information system is designed to ensure the vehicle efficient operation under non-stationary operating conditions, with continuous consideration of information from road and transport infrastructure. The developed monitoring system is adapted for constructive modernization of the vehicle taking into account the conditions of its operation. It also uses new technological and information methods and approaches for choosing a maintenance and repair strategy. The system is based on the previous information processing, continuous diagnostics of the technical condition and the ability to predict the parameters of the vehicle technical condition. The scheme of information exchange between the ITS vehicle elements, transport infrastructure and road infrastructure when monitoring the parameters of the vehicle technical condition under operating conditions is suggested. The structure and interconnection of functional capabilities of the vehicle on-board information system is proposed. The main idea is to implement the V2I information system for monitoring the technical condition parameters. The system is based on the general approach to investigate the "Vehicle - Driver - Operating Conditions - Vehicle Operation Infrastructure" system. As a result of the system experimental implementation, the changes in the vehicle technical condition parameters have been observed when changing the operating conditions when a separate vehicle interacts with transport and road infrastructure.

The article deals with measurement of pose repeatability of industrial robot Fanuc LR Mate 200iC. Laser interferometer Renishaw XL-80 and digital indicator Mitutoyo Absolute Digimatic ID-F are used for the measurement. The measurement methodology is based on so-called ISO cube placed in the most used part of robot workspace. Individual steps of the solution, the analysis of measurement data and results are presented in the article.

One of the disadvantages of spark ignition engines, whose power is regulated by throttling, is the increased fuel consumption at low loads and when the engine is idle. The combined method of engine power regulation by switching off the cylinder group and throttling working cylinders is one of the effective ways to improve fuel economy in the above-mentioned modes. This article presents the research results of the combined method of engine power regulation which can be realized by minor structural changes in operating conditions. The method implies the following: at low loads and at idle speed of the engine. Fuel supply to the group of cylinders is switched off with the simultaneous increase of the cyclic fuel supply in the working cylinders. The adequacy of the calculated results has been checked by the indication of operating processes in switched off and working cylinders. The research results of a six-cylinder spark ignition engine with the distributed gasoline injection using the combined power regulation system have been shown. The angles of opening the throttle which provides a non-shock transition from the operation with all cylinders to the operation with the cylinder group switched off have been determined.

The article suggests the results of experimental and theoretical studies of the engine heating system with a phase-transitional thermal accumulator when the vehicle is in motion in a driving cycle. The aim of the study is to evaluate the efficiency of the vehicle heating system within thermal accumulator and catalytic converter under operating conditions. The peculiarity of the presented system is that it uses thermal energy of exhaust gases to accumulate energy during engine operation. The article describes the methodology to evaluate vehicle fuel consumption and emission in the driving cycle according to the UNECE Regulation № 83-05. The methodology takes into account the environmental parameters, road conditions, the design parameters of the vehicle, the modes of its motion, thermal state of the engine cooling system and the catalytic converter. Experimental studies determined the patterns of changing technical parameters of the engine G4GC (4FS 7.72 / 8.45) in the heating process using the heating system with thermal accumulator. Mathematical modelling techniques enabled to obtain quantitative values of fuel consumption and emission of KIA CEE'D 2.0 5MT2 in the driving cycle. The analysis of the research results showed that using the vehicle heating system can significantly reduce the time of heating the engine, fuel consumption and harmful emission under operating conditions.

The results of this work is allowed to identify a number of cybersecurity threats of the automated security-critical automotive systems, which reduces the efficiency of operation, road safety and system safety. Wired or wireless access of the information networks of the modern vehicles allows to gain control over power unit, chassis, security system components and comfort systems.According to the evaluating criterion of board electronics, the presence of poorly-protected communication channels, the 75% of the researched modern vehicles do not meet the minimum requirements of cybersecurity due to the danger of external blocking of vital systems. The revealed vulnerabilities of the security-critical automotive systems lead to the necessity of developing methods for mechanical and electronic protection of the modern vehicle. The law of normal distribution of the mid-points of the expert evaluation of the cyber-security of a modern vehicle has been determined. Based on the system approach, ranking of the main cybersecurity treats is performed. Electronic body systems of modern vehicles are the most likely to be damaged by intruders, which can lead to the vehicle theft.Using the complex of safety criteria of modern vehicles, the probability and possible consequences of risks in the interception of the control of vehicles are determined. The obtained results can be used at the stages of production and operation of the vehicles with the aim to improve cybersecurity, road safety and system safety as a whole taking into account its life-cycle management.
