The coordinated development evaluation problem of a regional eco-green cooperative can be formulated as a heterogeneous multi-criteria decision-making (HMCDM) problem. Evaluation information can contain qualitative information and quantitative information, but it cannot determine the weight of the interdependence criteria subjectively. Firstly, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for regional ecological green coordinated development. The system includes four dimensions of coordinated development: the regional ecological environment, economic environment, social environment and policy environment, including 20 indicators with heterogeneous and multi-attribute characteristics. Secondly, we construct a heterogeneous multi-attribute decision-making model by calculating the relative closeness, and use the closeness to construct the value function to determine the weight index of each attribute. Finally, we make an empirical study on the performance evaluation of regional ecological green coordinated development of 27 cities in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta in China. The results show that the main driving force for the improvement of the level of regional ecological green coordinated development is the high-quality economic development, and the main obstacles to the degree of coordinated development of regional ecological green development are high energy consumption, high pollution and high emissions in industrial development; and a result found by sorting the degree of the regional ecological green coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta city group. The heterogeneous multi-attribute decision model we proposed can effectively solve the weights of the ecological green collaborative development indicators, and the method has feasibility and effectiveness.

As one of the most important grain protection policies in China, the minimum purchase price policy prevents the fluctuation of grain output and protects the interests of farmers by regulating the prices of major grain varieties. For developing countries with a shortage of agricultural resources, represented by China, an in-depth study on the implementation effect and public satisfaction of this policy is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the grain industry. Based on the interest demands of the government, farmers, grain enterprises and consumers, this paper constructs a policy satisfaction evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The research shows that the implementation effect of this policy has promoted the sustainable development of China’s grain in four aspects: improving farmers’ enthusiasm for planting, optimizing the structure of supply and demand, reducing the adverse impact of disasters, and ensuring the steady increase of output. However, due to the differences in natural resources and folk customs, the implementation effect of this policy varies in different regions.

China has made some progress in controlling PM2.5 (particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of ≤2.5 μm) pollution, but there are still some key areas that need further strengthening. Considering that excessive prevention and control efforts affect economic development, this paper combined an empirical orthogonal function, a continuous wavelet transform, and a concentration-weighted trajectory method to study joint regional governance during key pollution periods to provide suggestions for the efficient control of PM2.5. The results from our panel of data of PM2.5 in China from 2016 to 2018 could be decomposed into two modes. In the first mode, the pollution center was in central Shaanxi Province, and the main eruption period was from November to January of the following year. As the center of this region, Xi’an should cooperate with the four cities in eastern Sichuan (Nanchong, Guangan, Bazhong, and Dazhou) to control PM2.5, since the eruption occurred in this area. Moreover, governance should last for at least two cycles, where one cycle is at least 23 days. The pollution center of the second mode was in the western part of Xinjiang. Therefore, after the prevention and control efforts during the first mode are completed, the regional city of Kashgar should continue to build a joint governance zone for PM2.5 along the Tianshan mountains in the east, focusing on prevention and control over two cycles (where one cycle is 28 days).

The development of Internet technology and the rise of social networks have expanded the means of product information dissemination. Nowadays, consumers can obtain not only product quality information through real life contacts, but can also obtain product cognitive information through virtual networks, which constitute consumers’ information perception together. However, information in the market can be controlled, and companies can change the perceptions of their consumer base towards their products by enhancing the dissemination of information on the Internet, thus achieving higher corporate revenue. This article aims to study the evolution process of market demand under the control of consumers’ information perception, and a two-layer network model consisting of a cognitive information layer and a quality information layer were constructed. In order to improve product information dissemination efficiency, the opinion leaders who are more active in responding to mentions of the product across social networks are selected, and these opinion leaders are influenced in a stepwise manner using the maximum influence model, thus investigating the relationship between resources and corporate revenue. Using scale-free networks for simulation analysis, there are three main conclusions. First, the cognitive information and quality information of the product could affect market demand. Second, product demand and company profits would increase significantly if key individuals were added to the cognitive information layer. Third, the incremental marginal effect of key individuals decreases as their number increases.
