M Appadurai holds a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Anna University, Chennai, an M.E. degree in Engineering Design from Anna University, Tirunelveli, and a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. He worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Infant Jesus College of Engineering and Technology for five years. He also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering for past tenyears. He published several book chapters, books, conference papers, and journals at the national and international levels. He has currently been working as an Associate Professor at the Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre from May 2023 onwards. His professional interests include Solar Energy, Composite Materials Finite Element Analysis, and Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
