Graduated in Biological Sciences Bachelors from the Basic Institute of Medical and Agricultural Biology (1982), Graduated in Biological Sciences Degree from the Basic Institute of Medical and Agricultural Biology (1982), Masters in Biological Sciences (Botany) from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1986) and Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Vegetal Biology) from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1992). She is currently an associate professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Biological Sciences (Botany) at the Institute of Biosciences, Campus de Botucatu, UNESP since 2013. She has experience in Botany, with an emphasis on Nutrition, Water and Plant Growth, working in primary and specialized metabolisms, focusing on the phytochemical study and biological activity of compounds.
