Prof. Dr. Tiberiu Iancu

Professor Iancu Tiberiu, born on October 9, 1969, is part of teaching staff at the "King Mihai I" University of Life Sciences from Timişoara. They have a double degree in Genetic Engineering in Agriculture and Economy of Trade, Tourism and Services; a PhD in Agronomy; and they are aPhD supervisor in the field of Agronomy. In addition, they are Vice-Chancellor for Education and Quality Assurance of the "King Mihai I" University of Life Sciences from Timisoara; a member of the National Council for the Attestation of University Titles. They have received Diplomas and Certificates (CNATDCU) from the Plant and Animal Resources Engineering Commission. Furthermore, they are a permanent expert for the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education - Commission for Agricultural, Forestry and Veterinary Sciences. Publications: six specialty books (two as a single author and four in collaboration); two course materials; over two-hundred scientific papers published at various national and international scientific events and in specialized journals. They are a director of three research/consultancy contracts, a member of over twenty-five research contracts and a member of seven professional organizations and associations.
