Dr. Jacek Koziel is a research leader at the USDA-ARS Conservation and Production Research Laboratory, where he manages and conducts research focused on strategies to manage feed nutrients, reduce gaseous emissions, and promote soil health for beef, dairy cattle, and pork production systems in the Southern High Plains. He is a Professor Emeritus at Iowa State University, Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. He is a Fulbright Scholar with multidisciplinary experience in research, innovation, and leadership on the nexus of agriculture and the environment.
