University education faces challenges demanded by society, which is why it is necessary to use new pedagogical approaches where students are at the center of learning. Gamification is a strategy that has been implemented as an alternative to traditional teaching. The objective of this systematic review was to identify the gamification strategies that have been implemented in university training programs for Physical Education teachers. The electronic databases of Scopus, Web of Science, Eric, DOAJ and Redalyc were consulted, contemplating the principles established by the PRISMA declaration. Of the 1002 articles found, they were eliminated by title, abstract and based on the exclusion criteria, the result was five selected articles. The results highlight that Spain was the country where more research was identified that has implemented gamification strategies, combining it with the cooperative and collaborative learning method and the role-playing technique. It was concluded that gamification in the university environment, in the training of physical educators has been scarce, however, it has contributed significantly to their learning process, students behavior, motivation, development of skills of university students and teachers themselves. Key words: Physical Education, Gamification, higher Education, university teachers, university students.

The aim of this research was to compare the profiles of barriers for practicing physical exercise in Mexican university students. The total sample was composed by 897 subjects, 490 female and 407 male university students from Chihuahua, Mexico, with a mean age of 18 and 36 years old. The research is framed within a quantitative approach with a survey descriptive design. A multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used to examine the differences between university men and women regarding the perception of barriers for practicing physical exercise. Results from the MANOVA showed statistically significant global differences according to gender in the average factor scores of the Self-Report of Barriers for Practicing Physical Exercise (Wilks' λ = .884; p <.001). Subsequently, the results of the ANOVAs showed that women report a greater presence of barriers in the four dimensions studied; physical and social anxiety (F = 40.281, p <.001), fatigue or laziness (F = 94.004, p <.001), obligations and lack of time (F = 66.774, p <.001) and facilities (F = 20.925 , p <.01). The encountered differences seem to indicate that women have greater probability of perceiving barriers for the practice of physical exercise, making it more difficult for them to practice physical activity than for men.

The objective of this article was to analyze academic stress in university students and its relationship with the practice of physical exercise or sport. The present investigation belongs to a descriptive cross-sectional and comparative study; where 102 university students participated. The instrument used to assess the level of academic stress was the Academic Stress Inventory. The results showed that the students who do NOT perform physical exercise or sport have significantly higher reactions of worried or stressed [F (1,100) = 4.767, p <.031]; women present significantly more academic stress, specifically in disturbing situations [F (1,100) = 4.818, p <.030]; and the students of the Human Motricity career show significantly more worried or stressed reactions [F (2.99) = 6.653, p <.002], than the other participating careers. Therefore, it is concluded that academic stress exists in university students, showing itself more frequently in students who belong to the Human Motor career or the health area; especially in those students who do not engage in physical activity or sports and that stressors usually appear in disturbing situations and in the reactions of worried or stressed; in excess of tasks and jobs; Teacher evaluations such as exams, essays, practices, research papers, among others.

Raspberries are widely consumed; the taste of these is determined by the interaction between sugars, organic acids and a set of volatile compounds. Meanwhile, organic agriculture has developed rapidly as an alternative to conventional system, and has been driven by the demand for pesticide-free food that brings greater benefits to human health. However, this system can alter the integral quality of the fruit, including the aroma, which has been little studied. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the application of organic and conventional fertilizers, in the presence of volatile compounds synthesized in the cv. 'Heritage' raspberry, during two crop cycles. The qualitative profile of volatile compounds was analysed by mass gas chromatography, obtaining as a result that fertilization treatments significantly affected the emission of volatile compounds in the most abundant functional group (C13 norisoprenoids) 48.5 vs. 25.8% and 56.9 vs. 29.1% in conventional and organic, in 2017 and 2018, respectively (p <= 0.05). The crop cycle affected the concentration of aldehydes (11.2 vs. 30.6% in organic, in 2017 and 2018, respectively (p <= 0.05). Impact compounds such as alpha-ionone (13.92 vs. 9.08% and 25.34 vs. 9.17% in conventional and organic in 2017 and 2018, respectively) and beta-ionone (24.93 vs. 14.10% and 22.66 vs. 15.94% in conventional and organic in 2017 and 2018, respectively), presented greater abundance in conventional fertilization (p <= 0.05). Since there were changes in the volatile compounds, it is recommended to study whether the consumer perceives these changes.
