This paper presents the design calculations, implementations, and multi-engineering based computational constructions of an unmanned amphibious vehicle (UAmV) which efficiently travels underwater to detect and collect deep-sea minerals for investigations, as well as creative usage purposes. The UAmV is expected to operate at a 300 m depth from the water surface. The UAmV is deployed above the water surface near to the approximate target location and swims underwater, checking the presence of various mining, then extracts them using a unique mechanism and stores them in an inimitable fuselage location. Since this proposed UAmV survives in deep-sea regions, the design construction of this UAmV is inspired by hydrodynamic efficient design-based fish, i.e., Rhinaancylostoma. Additionally, standard analytical approaches are followed and, subsequently, the inimitable components such as wing, stabilizers, propellers, and mining storage focused fuselage are calculated. The computational analyses such as hydrodynamic investigations and vibrational investigations were carried out with the help of ANSYS Workbench. The hydrodynamic pressures at various deployment regions were estimated and thereafter the vibrational outcomes of UAmVs were captured for various lightweight materials. The computed outcomes were imposed in the analytical approach and thereby the electrical energy generations by the UAmV’s components were calculated. Finally, the hydrodynamic efficient design and best material were picked, which provided a path to further works on the execution of the focused mission. Based on the low drag generating design profile and high electrical energy induction factors, the optimizations were executed on this work, and thus the needful, as well as suitable UAmV, was finalized for targeted real-time applications.

In Aviation sector, composite materials and its application to each component are one of the prime factors of consideration due to the high strength to weight ratio, design flexibility and non-corrosive so that the composite materials are widely used in the low weight constructions and also it can be treated as a suitable alternative to metals. The objective of this paper is to estimate and compare the suitability of a composite skin joint in an aircraft fuselage with different joints by simulating the displacement, normal stress, vonmises stress and shear stress with the help of numerical solution methods. The reference Z-stringer component of this paper is modeled by CATIA and numerical simulation is carried out by ANSYS has been used for splice joint presents in the aircraft fuselage with three combinations of joints such as riveted joint, bonded joint and hybrid joint. Nowadays the stringers are using to avoid buckling of fuselage skin, it has joined together by rivets and they are connected end to end by splice joint. Design and static analysis of three-dimensional models of joints such as bonded, riveted and hybrid are carried out and results are compared.
In Aviation sector, fatigue life and its analysis of each component is one of the prime factors of consideration due to the catastrophic failures that can result from it. Most of the components fail in high cycle fatigue regimes, but the compressor's fatigue life is intermediate between high cycle fatigue and low cycle fatigue. Objective of this paper is to estimate and compare the suitability of a centrifugal compressor in a gas turbine engine with different materials are Titanium alloy 685, Aluminium alloy 2618 and Carpenter Invar 36 alloy by calculating the displacement and fatigue life using analytical method. The reference component of this paper is modeled by using CATIA and simulation is carried through ANSYS with the property of Aluminium alloy 2618, for the purpose of validating the simulation and analytical results.
Nowadays polymers are commonly used in various applications, which make it difficult to avoid its usage even though it causes environmental problems. Natural fibers are best alternate to overcome the polymer based environmental issues. Natural fibers play an important role in developing high performing fully newline biodegradable green composites which will be a key material to solve environmental problems in future. In this paper deals the properties analysis of banana fiber is combined with epoxy resin in order to create a natural composite, which has special characteristics for aerospace applications. The objective of this paper is to investigate the characteristics of failure modes and strength of natural composite using experimental and numerical methods. The test specimen of natural composite has been fabricated as per ASTM standard, which undergoes tensile and compression tests using Tinius Olsen UTM in order to determine mechanical and physical properties. The reference model has been designed by CATIA, and then numerical simulation has been carried out by Ansys Workbench 16.2 for the given boundary conditions.
