Dr. Rodrigo Ramirez-Campillo is a researcher at the Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences Institute, Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences, Universidad Andres Bello, Santiago, Chile. He completed his Ph.D. studies at the Public University of Navarre. His research interests are in sports and exercise sciences, particularly in plyometric (jump) exercise, human performance, and health, with a secondary focus on biomechanical and physiological effects. He has published more than 400 peer-reviewed articles (WOS) and is included among the 2% most-cited researchers in sports sciences (Stanford List). Dr. Ramirez-Campillo has more than two decades of teaching experience and has guided national and international doctoral students, masters, and undergraduate students. He is a consultant for sports-related clubs and athletes, academic groups at national and international universities, and government-related agencies.
