Ruhul Amin is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management in Jashore University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. He completed his MBA program in Human Resource Management and BBA program in Management from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj, Bangladesh. He was awarded different scholarships for achieving excellent results in both secondary and higher secondary school levels. Furthermore, he has achieved the ‘Prime Minister’s Gold Medal Award and ‘Dean’s Award’ for securing the first position in the BBA program. He has published different research articles, conference papers, and research books in the national and international arenas. His previous research areas were teacher stress, job satisfaction, and academic motivation; now he is doing research on the roles of organizational psychology and behavior in technology landscapes, including online learning, e-commerce, telemedicine, digital currency, and social networking sites.
