His research interests include smart sensing, ambient healthcare systems, acoustics and sound, and computer vision. He is also a reviewer for reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Internet of Things, IEEE Sensors Journal, Advanced Engineering Informatics, Elsevier, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, and JBHI.
