The article studies the effect of trans-polynorbornene, general and special-purpose rubbers and fillers on the vulcanization characteristics of a rubber mixture, physical, mechanical, operational and dynamic properties of vulcanizates based on butadiene methylstyrene caoutchouc. The investigated model rubber mixture included SKMS-30ARK rubber, sulfur, 2,2'-dibenzthiazole disulfide, guanide F, zinc white, stearic acid, phenyl-2-naphthalamine, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-paraphenylenediamine, carbon blacks of grades P 514 and N 220, shungite powder and other ingredients. The rubber mixture was produced on laboratory rolls LB 320 160/160. The first (basic) version of the rubber mixture contained industrial oil I-12A as a softener. The second version of the mixture contained a modifying additive based on trans-polynorbornene and industrial oil I-12A. The third, fourth and fifth versions were prepared on the basis of a combination of rubbers SKM-S30ARK, SKN-4065 and BK-1675, including a modifying additive, as well as polyisobutylene P-118 and sevilen 11808-340. The vulcanization characteristics of the rubber mixture were studied on an MDR 3000 Basic rheometer at 150 degrees C for 30 min. To determine the physical and mechanical properties of rubber, standard samples of all variants of the rubber mixture were vulcanized at a temperature of 143 degrees C for 30 min in a vulcanization press of the P-V-100-3RT-2-PCD type. Studies of the physical, mechanical, operational and dynamic properties of rubber were carried out in accordance with the existing standards for the rubber industry. It is shown that vulcanizates containing a modifying additive have lower values of conventional tensile strength, hardness and tear resistance compared to vulcanizate of the base version of the rubber mixture and are characterized by increased dynamic and performance properties. Rubber containing a combination of butadiene-nitrile, butadiene-methylstyrene caoutchoucs and butyl caoutchouc, 10.0 mass parts sevilen 11808-340, 20.0 mass parts of trans-polynorbornene composed of in the modifying additive and 55.0 mass parts of carbon black P 324, possesses improved physical, mechanical and dynamic properties, as well as high resistance in sea water.

Influence of various technological additives on processability of the rubber mixture and the elastic-strength properties of rubber based on butadiene-nitrile caoutchuc BNKS-28AMN was investigated. The study was conducted with the aim of establishing technological additives that increase the elastic-strength characteristics of rubber and its resistance to the action of aggressive hydrocarbon media. The composition of the rubber mixture to be studied included butadiene-nitrile rubber BNKS-28AMN, novoperoks BP-40, zinc monometacrylate, diaphene FP, acetononyl H, oligoester acrylates MGF-9 and TGM-3, carbon black filler P 803 and other ingredients. On lab rollers LB 320 150/150, rubber compound variants were prepared by mixing rubber with ingredients and processing aids. As technological additives were used lubstab-01, zinclet BB 222, dispersant Fl plus and oxanol CS-100. For the rubber mixture variants, the vulcanization characteristics on the MDR 3000 rheometer manufactured by Mon Tech were investigated. The rubber mixture was vulcanized in a two-storey hydraulic electrically heated press VP-400-2E at a temperature of 150 ° C for 30 min. Investigations of the elastic-strength properties of vulcanizates were carried out according to the existing standards for the rubber industry. The study of the thermo-aggressiveness of vulcanizates was carried out by determining the change in their elastic-strength properties after the thermal action of the standard liquid SZHR-1, as well as the change in mass after aging in a mixture of isooctane and toluene. As a result of the conducted studies it was found that the introduction of technological additives leads to an increase in the elastic-strength index of rubber by improving the dispersion of carbon black filler P 803 and other components of the mixture in the rubber matrix. The best elastic-strength characteristics and the smallest their change after exposure to aggressive hydrocarbonic fluids is characterized rubber containing zinkolet BB 222.Forcitation:Spiridonov I.S., Ushmarin N.F., Egorov E.N., Sandalov S.I., Kol'tsov N.I. The influence of KhBK-139 chlorobutyl caoutchouc on the plasto-elastic, rheometric properties of the rubber mixture, as well as on the physicomechanical and dynamic characteristics of the rubber based on SKMS-30ARK methylstyrene-butadiene and SKI-3 isoprene caoutchoucs was examined. The rubber mixture based on SKMS-30ARK and SKI-3 caoutchoucs contained sulfur, 2,2′-dibenzthiazolyl disulfide, Guanid F, zinc oxide, stearic acid, N-isopropyl-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, N-(cyclohexylthio)phthalimide, rosin, industrial oil I-12A, carbon black P 324, and trans-polynorbornene. The rubber mixture was prepared on LB 320 160/160 laboratory rolls. The plasto-elastic properties of the rubber mixture were studied on a MonTech MV 3000 Basic viscometer at 120°C. The vulcanization data for the rubber mixture were examined on a MonTech MDR 3000 Basic rheometer at 150°C for 30 min in accordance with ASTM D2084-79. Standard samples for determining the physicomechanical properties were vulcanized at a temperature of 150°C for 30 min in a P-V-100-3RT-2-PCD vulcanizing press. The main characteristics of the vulcanizates were determined according to the standards applicable in the rubber industry. The dynamic parameters (elasticity modulus and tangent of the mechanical loss angle) of the vulcanizates of various variants of the rubber mixture were studied at room temperature on a Metravib VHF 104 dynamic mechanical analyzer at a strain rate of 0.01% and a vibration frequency of 1000 Hz. It was shown that the vulcanizates combining all the three caoutchoucs are characterized by satisfactory stress-strain properties. Partial replacement of SKMS-30 ARK and SKI-3 caoutchoucs by KhBK-139 chlorobutyl caoutchouc leads to increases in the elasticity modulus and the tangent of mechanical loss angle of the rubber. The rubber containing SKMS-30ARK 50.00, SKI-3 20.00, and KhBK-139 30.00 parts by weight exhibits the best sound-absorbing properties.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The article investigated the influence of various technological additives (zincolet BB 222, lubstab-01 and MA-L22) on the technological properties of the rubber mixture, physical, mechanical and operational characteristics of rubber based on nitrile butadiene caoutchouc BNKS-40AMN. Basic rubber mixture studied included caoutchouc, BC-FF percadox, zinc monomethacrylate, maleide F, triallyl isocyanurate, acetonanil N, MGF-9 and THM-3 oligoester acrylates, carbon black P 514 and other ingredients. The rubber mixture was prepared on laboratory rolls LB 320 160/160 in two stages. At the first stage, BNKS-40AMN caoutchouc was mixed with ingredients and processing aids. As technological additives, zincolet BB 222, lubstab-01 and MAL22 were used In the second mixing step, BC-FF percadox and vulcanization coagents were introduced. For the obtained variants of the rubber mixture the vulcanization characteristics were studied on an MDR 3000 Basic rheometer at a temperature of 170 degrees C The rubber mixture prepared was vulcanized in a P-V-100-3RT-2-PCD type vulcanizing press at 150 degrees C for 40 min. Determination of elastic-strength and operational properties of rubber were carried out according to the standards existing for the rubber industry. The oil resistance of the vulcanizates was evaluated by changing their elastic strength after exposure to standard liquid SZHR-1 at a temperature of 125 degrees C, as well as by changing the mass of the samples after exposure to a mixture of isooctane with toluene at room temperature. It was found that the introduction of technological additives in the rubber compound improves the distribution of carbon black P 514 and powdered ingredients (zinc monomethacrylate, maleide F, triallyl isocyanurate, acetonanil H) in the caoutchouc matrix. Increased elastic strength indicators and their smallest changes after exposure to aggressive hydrocarbon media is characterized a rubber containing technological additive MA-L22. A comparison of technological, elastic-strength properties and resistance to aggressive media for rubbers containing butadiene-nitrile caoutchoucs BNKS-18AMN, BNKS-28AMN and BNKS-40AMN with optimal technological additives for them was done. It has been established that rubber containing BNKS-40AMN and technological additive MA-L22 is characterized by improved vulcanization properties, increased elastic strength indicators and their smallest changes after exposure to aggressive hydrocarbon media.
