The article discusses the digital impact of the process of professional training of future physical education specialists in the context of inclusive education. Modern trends in the introduction of digital technologies in the physical education system and their potential to increase the availability and quality of training of students with various educational needs are described. The main problems facing teachers in the implementation of the inclusive approach were highlighted, and shown how digital tools contribute to overcoming them. As part of the study, an empirical study was carried out with an analysis of scientific publications, as well as a survey of specialists in the field of Physical Culture and sports. The results showed a positive attitude of teachers to inclusive education and high technologies, but revealed the insufficient professional training and digital competence of a significant part of specialists, which is necessary for effective work with children with special educational needs. In conclusion, recommendations were given on updating the training programs for future physical culture and sports personnel, taking into account inclusive values and digitalization of the educational environment.

The article examines the role of the quality of spiritual, moral and patriotic education in improving the quality of secondary education, as well as the organization of the educational process in countries with a developed quality of education. The article examines the educational process, the features and its organization in developed countries such as South Korea, Finland, Singapore and Japan. The article reveals the position that the traditions of national education are the basis of the traditions of upbringing in most developed countries. Revealed the similarity of educational systems: the presence of elements of national education and ethnopedagogy; the principles of family education and respect for elders, attention, and care for the younger ones; other principles. The upbringing process is complex, and its results are difficult to evaluate. Family, school, and society make a significant contribution to the upbringing and educational process. If the influence of family, school, and society is inconsistent, we can get negative results and poor quality of education and upbringing. The article presents the results of an experiment in the Turkestan region to improve the quality of spiritual, moral, and patriotic education, the criteria and parameters of the educational dimension used. В статье рассматривается влияние профилактических мероприятий в школе на агрессию подростков из неполных семей. В последние годы активно изучается проблематика агрессивного поведения подростков. Взаимосвязь особенностей поведения подростков носит сложный и многогранный характер. В исследовании проанализированы причины и специфика агрессии у подростков из неполных семей, а также эффективность школьных профилактических мер. В ходе исследования с помощью анкетирования были выявлены такие показатели, как эмоциональная нестабильность, вербальная и косвенная агрессия, склонность к буллингу. В исследовании приняли участие 75 подростков школы г.Шымкент. Результаты показали, что большинство подростков из неполных семей испытывают трудности в контроле эмоций, значительная их часть часто проявляет вспыльчивость и подвергается буллингу. Для сравнения, у подростков из полных семей эти показатели оказались значительно ниже. Теоретической основой послужили труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых. Особое внимание уделено роли позитивного школьного климата, психологических тренингов и медиации в снижении агрессии. Кроме того, обсуждается влияние социально-экономических и культурных факторов. Итоги исследования подтвердили, что совместная работа школы, родителей и психологов способствует улучшению социальной адаптации подростков и снижению уровня агрессии.
