Prof. Andrey Zamyatnin

Prof. Dr.Andrey A. Zamyatnin Jr. is the Head of the laboratory of molecular biology and biochemistry and the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. He graduated from the Department of Virology, Biological Faculty, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia in 1998 and received his Ph.D. from the Department of Virology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia in 2001. He then completed a Postdoc from the Department of Plant Biology and Forest Genetics, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, Sweden. Dr. Zamyatnin started working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Plant Biology and Forest Genetics at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden in 2006. He is a Senior researcher at Belozersky Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University. Dr. Zamyatnin is the Vice Head for Innovative Development at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, Moscow, Russia. He is also the Head of the laboratory of molecular biology and biochemistry at, the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, Moscow, Russia.
