The concept of novel drug delivery with the comparison of modern and conventional delivery system. The Ocular is the most challenging organ to deliver drugs after the brain and conventional delivery systems currently available in the arsenal have severe limitations thus there is a strong demand for an improved ocular delivery system and a suitable opinion is a novel drug delivery system. Noisome and liposome are dominant vesicular carriers in ocular drug delivery, as both systems improve the bioavailability of drugs and are well tolerated in ocular; however, both delivery systems have critical drawbacks of physicochemical stability during storage, lacking contain in dispersion and fusion of nanoparticles. The gel form is formulated by the coacervation phase’s parathion method. The material utilized for the formulation of proniosomes are non-ionic surfactant, cholesterol, carrier and alcohol are well tolerable and nontoxic in the ocular. The benefits offered to ocular drug delivery are prolonged retention time of formulation on the ocular surface, enhance ocular penetration to deliver effective therapeutic dosage, improve bioavailability of hydrophobic, lipophilic and herbal drugs, biocompatible, biodegradable, nontoxic and stable stored in pro-vesicle state. Hereby article will review proniosomes drug delivery from the perspective of ophthalmic delivery, discussing proniosomes as an ocular carrier, materials and methods their effect on ocular drug delivery and depth explanation of recent studies of proniosome in the ocular. Proniosomes are one of the sterile drug delivery systems that have seen a tremendous increase in popularity and are heavily utilized in cancer therapy. Researchers and academicians generally agree that incorporating the medicine into niosomes will improve its ability to target tissues where it is needed. Proniosomes created by academics and researchers. Niosomes that are produced from protostomes are a promising medication delivery system. They are well known for avoiding several issues related to aqueous noisome dispersion as well as issues with physical stability such aggregation, fusion, and leakage. They make transportation, distribution, storage, and dosage even more convenient. Proniosomes not only present a promising medication delivery method but also have the potential to speed up the skin barrier's repair.

Niosomes (Niosomes), as Non-Ionic Surfactant (NIOs)-based vesicles, have emerged as versatile nanocarriers in the targeted delivery of drugs due to their biocompatibility, chemical stability, and ability to encapsulate both hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs. Their utility has gained significant traction in addressing challenges associated with conventional therapies, for chronic and resistant diseases, Tuberculosis (TB), and cancer. This review critically evaluates the role of NIOs in the formulation of Niosomes, emphasizing their influence on clinical efficacy, pharma-cokinetics, and targeted drug delivery. It also explores the emerging patent landscape and transla-tional potential of Niosomes systems in TB and oncology. A comprehensive literature and patent database search was conducted using PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Elsevier, SpringerLink, and ClinicalTrials.gov, as well as Google Patents, USPTO, and WIPO, covering publications and patents from 20202025 onwards. The relevant studies, clinical trials, and granted patents involving Niosomes formulations with NIOs were systematically analyzed for their for-mulation design, therapeutic outcomes, and disease-specific applications. The study showed a no-table rise in research and patents on Niosomes drug delivery using NIOs categories. In TB, these systems enhanced Bioavailability (BA), sustained drug release, and targeted macrophages. In cancer therapy, they enabled controlled release, minimized side effects, and improved tumor tar-geting. The recent patents highlight advances in combination therapies, responsive systems, and ligand-based targeting, reflecting a trend toward personalized medicine. NIOs play a critical role in modulating the performance of Niosomes drug carriers. Their strategic application in TB and oncology represents a promising avenue for improving therapeutic outcomes. Continued research and innovation in this field, as reflected by patent trends, highlight the translational potential of NIO-based Niosomes formulations toward clinical use.

Introduction: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) presents itself as a hormonal and metabolic disorder that affects women during their reproductive years through three primary symptoms. The existing treatments encounter two main obstacles, which include their limited bioavailability and their tendency to produce adverse effects throughout the body. The application of nanotechnology to drug delivery via nanocarriers and nanoformulations offers a solution to existing challenges in the field. Methods: The research team conducted a complete literature review, which examined scientific databases from 1 May 2020 until 1 May 2025. The research team used specific keywords, along with Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT), to locate relevant peer-reviewed articles, clinical studies, and patents focused on nanocarrier-based nanoformulations for PCOS. Results: The study results demonstrate that nanoformulations that use nanocarrier technology improve PCOS treatment through better drug solubility and bioavailability and precise medication delivery. The combination of multiple medications into one formulation leads to better treatment results while decreasing adverse reactions. The rise in patent applications demonstrates that personalized nanomedicine and hybrid delivery systems are becoming increasingly innovative as they develop. Discussion: A Nanocarrier-based PCOS treatment system provides two advantages through its ability to increase drug solubility and bioavailability while delivering targeted therapies that produce fewer adverse events. Hormonal and metabolic imbalances in patients are effectively treated by multidrug nanoformulations, which achieve better outcomes through their simultaneous multiple actions. The patent system shows that personalized medicine and hybrid nanomedicine approaches have become increasingly innovative. The results from preclinical studies show potential benefits, yet there remain obstacles, including difficulties in scaling operations, determining product safety, and proving linkages between two different fields Conclusion: The development of advanced nanocarriers represents a new medical treatment approach that enables precise medication delivery and better treatment results for patients with PCOS. The increasing volume of clinical research, together with the growing number of patents, indicates high commercial potential, yet additional research on safety and practical applications is required.
