In the evolving landscape of cybersecurity, traditional information technology (IT) infrastructures often struggle to meet the demands of modern risk management frameworks, which require enhanced security, scalability, and analytical capabilities. This paper proposes a novel artificial intelligence (AI)–driven IT infrastructure backed by blockchain technology, specifically designed to optimize risk management processes in diverse organizational environments. By leveraging artificial intelligence for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision-making, combined with blockchain’s secure and immutable ledger for data integrity and transparency, the proposed infrastructure offers a robust solution to existing challenges in risk management. The infrastructure is adaptable and scalable to support a variety of risk management methodologies, providing a more secure, efficient, and intelligent system. The findings highlight significant improvements in the accuracy, speed, and reliability of risk management, underscoring the infrastructure’s capability to proactively address emerging cyber threats. To ensure the proposed model effectively addresses the most critical issues, the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) technique will be used to analyze and evaluate the interrelationships among the existing critical factors. This approach evaluates the interrelationships and impacts of these factors, verifying the model’s comprehensiveness in managing organizational risk. This study lays the foundation for future research aimed at refining AI-driven infrastructures and exploring their broader applications in enhancing organizational cybersecurity.

In the advancing digital realm of healthcare, cyberattacks present substantial hazards to patient data integrity, privacy, including whole system security. As healthcare organizations increasingly depend on correlated digital platforms, it is essential to detect and prioritize vulnerabilities inside these systems to protect sensitive patient information. This study presents a machine learning based framework aimed at evaluating and mitigating cybersecurity risks in healthcare systems. The framework uses machine learning techniques to investigate extensive amounts of systems along with network data, detecting patterns that may indicate possible security vulnerabilities. The methodology facilitates the effective allocation of resources by prioritizing vulnerabilities according to their severity and probability of exploitation, allowing health organizations to concentrate on the most significant risks. Additionally, the proposed approach persistently adjusts to emerging threats by assimilating fresh data, confirming that the vulnerability analysis stays relevant among increasing cyber threats. This proactive strategy improves patient data security, cybersecurity against vulnerability, and complies with regulatory standards, hence reinforcing confidence in digital health systems. The study highlights the capability of machine learning to enhance cybersecurity resilience in healthcare, providing a strong, scalable approach for vulnerability evaluation and remediation with conclusion as well as future scope of the study.

One of the priceless assets that derives innovation, decision-making, and security efforts in all primary areas including business, healthcare, and cybersecurity is the data, king of the digital world. Whether it be the Russia/Ukraine war or shortage of rice after the partial ban from India or recent cyberattacks and zero-day vulnerabilities exposed on Tesla vehicles during the Tokyo hacking event, data is there. Whether it be in the context of government or in the context of business, data is the central point of focus today. Data is used to improve public services and make better decisions by governments. Businesses and finances use data to develop new products and try to meet customer expectations and customer needs. We have introduced the use of blockchain technology with several literature reviews to process, store, trace, and analyze data so that it can help in cost reduction, enhanced security, and transparency to customers. The benefits of blockchain technology can be integrated with several innovations to improve security, privacy, and trust. We have also analyzed the present scenario in today's cyber world of data security and how blockchain can help to achieve that with its powerful features. We preset the conclusion and future scope regarding blockchain technology for data at the end for efficiency, speed, financial processes, and creating smart contracts to hence businesses. Furthermore, we present the Blockchain Technology for Data Analytics and Data Security (blockDADS) framework, a comprehensive model for integrating blockchain technology with data analytics and security across various layers. <!----> <!----> <!----> <!---->

The rise of multimodal generative AI has revolutionized creative industries by enabling the production of high-quality text, images, audio, and video. However, this innovation has also introduced critical challenges, including content authenticity concerns, the proliferation of deepfakes, intellectual property disputes, and unethical manipulation of media. Addressing these issues requires a robust and scalable solution. This chapter introduces a blockchain-driven framework that integrates the strengths of blockchain's decentralized and immutable architecture with the creative potential of generative AI. It ensures verifiable content creation by embedding proof of originality into digital assets, facilitates transparent ownership through tokenization, and automates secure licensing and fair revenue sharing via smart contracts. By exploring the theoretical foundation, technical architecture, and practical applications of blockAuth, it presents a transformative solution to foster trust, transparency, and equity in the digital media ecosystem.

The use of social media applications, hate speech engagement, and public debates among teenagers, primarily by university and college students, is growing day by day. The feelings of tremendous stress, anxiety, and depression via social media among our youths have a direct impact on their daily lives and personal workspace apart from delayed sleep, social media addictions, and memory loss. The use of NO phone times and NO phone zones is now popular in workplaces and family cultures. The use of hate speech, negotiations, and toxic words can lead to verbal abuse and cybercrime. Growing concern of mobile device security, cyberbullying, ransomware attacks, and mental health issues are another serious impact of social media among university students. The future challenges including health issues of social media use and hate speech has a serious impact on livelihood, freedom, and diverse communities of university students. Our case study is related to social media use and hate speech related to public debates over university students. We have presented the analysis and impact of social media and hate speech with several conclusions, cybercrimes, and components. The use of questionnaires for collecting primary data over university students help in the analysis of case study. The conclusion of case study and future scope of the research is extremely important to counter negative impacts.
