Dr. Chao Chen is an Associate Professor at the College of Materials Science and Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology. He completed his PhD studies in Materials Science and Engineering at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2015. He is a member of the Academic Committee on Metallurgical Reaction Engineering of the Chinese Society for Metals, and a member of the National Academic Committee on Metallurgical Processes and Theories of the Metallurgical Physical Chemistry Division of the Chinese Society for Metals. His research interests include research on key technologies for the production of special stainless steel, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations of complex fluid flows in industrial processes, physical simulations and mathematical modeling of metallurgical processes, and the preparation and application of catalysts for hydrogen production from electrolyzed water.
