Dr. Baifan Chen

Baifan Chen  received her M.S. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system and the Ph.D. degree in computer application technology from Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2001 and 2009, respectively. She is currently an associate professor in the School of Automation, Central South University. She was a one-year visiting researcher of the NetBot Lab at Texas A\&M University (TAMU) in USA in 2015. She is a member of IEEE and a member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. Her research interests include computer vision, artificial intelligence, and mobile robots.
