Yong Chan Choi received his Ph.D in 2011 at Jeonbuk National University (Republic of Korea) on the growth and characteristics of complex oxides nanostructures. He joined Dr. Seok’s group in the Advanced Materials Division at the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT), Republic of Korea, in November 2012 as a postdoctoral researcher. He is currently working as a senior researcher at the Division of Energy Technology, Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science & Technology (DGIST), Republic of Korea. His current research interests are focused on next-generation photovoltaic systems based on Sb-related metal chalcogenides and chalcohalides, such as Sb2S3, Sb2Se3, Sb2(S/Se)3, CuSbS2, and SbSI.
