Ph.D. candidate in Global Environmental Change at the University of Colima, Mexico. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Informatics and a Master's degree in Educational Innovation from the same institution. She currently serves at the General Directorate of Publications of the University of Colima and has over 13 years of experience in higher education, combining teaching, academic management, and university administration. Her research interests include sustainable logistics, green logistics, port sustainability, freight transport, environmental governance, and international trade. Her doctoral research focuses on strategies to mitigate the environmental impacts of freight transport and port operations, with particular emphasis on the Port of Manzanillo, Mexico
