Biography
Prof. Dr. Fatih Gülgen is a full professor in the Department of Geomatic Engineering at Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey. He obtained his PhD in Geomatic Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in 2009. Prof. Gülgen’s research interests include cartography, geographic information systems, map projections, map design, map production, internet-GIS, hydromorphology, multi-criteria decision-making analysis and engineering and technology.
