Mohammad Reza Malek is currently the head of Ubiquitous and Mobile GIS Research Lab. at the Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering faculty of K.N. Toosi University of Technology. He has more than 250 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and international conference papers. He was chosen as one of the best researchers of Iran by the minister of Research and science of Iran. Reza serves on the editorial boards of several national and international journals. Some of Prof. Malek’s research interests include Ubiquitous and Mobile GIS, Volunteered GI and Location Based Social Networks, Spatial analysis, and Uncertainty modeling.
