Dr. Jei-Zheng Wu is a Distinguished Professor of the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business and Director of the School of Extension Education, Soochow University (SU), Taipei, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. and MS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu. He received his BS with double majors in Business Administration and Mathematics from the National Taiwan University. His professional experience includes Adjunct Associate/Assistant Professor at NTHU, Yuan Ze University, Postdoctoral researcher at NTHU, and co-op at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center (Yorktown Heights, New York).
Dr. Wu served in a number of academic societies. He was the President of the Society for Excelling Enterprises and Decisions (SEED) and currently served as the standing board member. He also serves other positions including Standing Board Member of Association of Continuing Education of Colleges and Universities in Taiwan, Standing Board Member of Operations Research Society of Taiwan (INFORMS Taiwan Chapter), Board Member of Asia-Pacific Industrial Engineering & Management Society (APIEMS), and Board Member of Soochow Management Academia Foundation. In addition to these, he is also the co-principal investigator of the Artificial Intelligence for Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Research Center (AIMS) of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Taiwan.
