PhD in Public Health from the Universidad Contemporánea de las Américas. Master's Degree in Nursing with emphasis in nursing care for the elderly and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila. She has training in Geriatrics, Palliative Care and Thanatology from the Pan American Health Organization, Secretaría de Salud Coahuila, Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública, Instituto Nacional de Geriatría and Universidad Del Valle De Extremadura and is dedicated to researching psychosocial factors, complementary care, education and chronic conditions in vulnerable populations. Full time professor and researcher in the Academic Area of Nursing at the Graduate School of Tlahuelilpan of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo.
