Dr. KAVITA CHANDRASEKARAN

Practicing Periodontist and Implantologist in Hyderabad, India, who completed her Post Graduation in Periodontology from RAJARAJESWARI DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, BENGALURU in 2019. She completed her BDS from SREE BALAJI DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, CHENNAI in 2014. She was awarded certificate of appreciation for securing the highest marks in the subject of periodontology in the final B.D.S. exams and secured the Gold medal of her batch 2010-11. She holds a life membership with the esteemed Indian Society of Periodontology (ISP) and Indian Society of Prosthodontic-Restorative-Periodontics (ISPRP). She has about 18 publications to her credit in various national and international as well as pubmed indexed journals. She is one of the contributors towards development of a herbal bone regenerative material which is patented and published in the Gazette of India in 2018. She was awarded the Best Young Researcher award by IJRULA in august 2019 at Trichy, India. She has authored books and chapters on various topics in her field. She is an editorial board member and reviewer in various esteemed and indexed journals. Her field of interest for research includes latest advances in existing methodologies and new innovations in the field of dental science, especially in the field of Periodontology, LASER and Implantology.
