Kusmiarto is a Lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Pertanahan Nasional, Yogyakarta, Doctor in Geomatics Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada. His main interests are Geomatics, Geo-Information, Cadastre and Land Administration. Kusmiarto was involved in the team of Feasibility Study on Blockchain Technology Development on Land Transaction Data in collaboration with the Ministry of ATR/BPN and Gamatechno. Kusmiarto was also involved in the Pilot Project of PaLaR (Participatory Land Registration), Collaboration of Ministry of ATR/BPN, UGM, JKPP, Meridia, World Bank and The Netherlands Cadastre.
