Information

I obtained an MSc in environment biology from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. After 4 years of work in the food industry and 3 years in the National Sanitary Inspection, I joined the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition of the Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poland, where I got a PhD in food technology and nutrition. I was awarded a Marie Curie Intra‐European Fellowship to conduct research at the University of Nottingham, UK. Currently, I hold the position of an assistant professor at the Poznan University of Life Sciences. My research interest is focused on food authenticity issues, meat oxidation, and protein analysis.
