Pavel V. Melnikov graduated from the Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies, named after M.V. Lomonosov, with a Ph.D. (physical and mathematical sciences) and is Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry and the Department of Nanoscale Structures and Surface Phenomena. Pavel V. Melnikov develops optical sensor and biosensor systems for physiologically important analytes such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, pH, etc.
