Marcelo Esteban Reyes was born in Valparaiso, Chile, in 1986. He received a degree in electronic engineering and a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Concepción, Concepción, Chile, in 2012 and 2015, respectively. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in engineering from the University of Bío-Bío, Concepción, Chile. He received a doctoral scholarship from the Chilean National Research and Development Agency, ANID.
