Research Professor with 15 years of experience in education (elementary, middle, and high school) and 30 years of experience in the private sector. He is a professor of Computer Science at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Guayaquil - Ecuador. Coordinator of the research group: Computing, Security and Information Technologies for a Globalized World "CSITGW." He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a mention in Management Information Systems from the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil and a Research Master's Degree in Computer Science and Technology for Smart Cities from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain. He also has a Master's in Data Science from the Universidad Jose Camilo Cela, Spain. He is preparing his doctoral thesis in Management Sciences at the Centrum Business School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Mr. Tandazo has published scientific articles aligned with the strategic factors of ICT, distributed systems, networks, design, security, and artificial intelligence.
