It was analysed in a general way and the security problem of the public organizations of Ecuador was determined. The objective is to generate a prototype in a blockchain diagram, based on an algorithm using flowchart techniques to provide robustness against failures, third-party attacks and mitigate information vulnerabilities. The deductive and exploratory research method was used in order to analyse the information available in the medium and scientific articles. Resulted an algorithm developed through flow diagram techniques to improve the processing of information in a public organization in Ecuador from the use of the Blockchain technology and the use of the SHA 256 algorithm. It was concluded that access to the data to a generic public organization of Ecuador will have an alternative to improve the security of the information with the implementation of the blockchain.

The blockchain technology and its platforms applied in different business scenarios and the reasons for adopt a solution was analyzed. The problem is the lack of digital identity model with new technology in a public organization of Ecuador. The objective is to model a blockchain network that applies Hyperledger to establish digital identity in the network and ensure the information integrity in a public organization of Ecuador. It was applied the deductive method and the exploration to examine the information of the cited articles. It turned out Blockchain network prototype in Hyperledger Fabric platform, Sequence diagram for access of users and services, List of Smart Contract functions, Logical model of data, client-server application design. It was concluded that the adoption of Hyperledger for digital identity model provides a highly confidential and scalable network, access certification, contractual procedures, immutable information and audit. It is alternative to guarantee the information security of a process from the beginning to its finalization.

Today, IT plays a key role in the information-intensive global economy. The application of computers and telecommunications equipment to store, retrieve, transmit and manipulate data has become widespread in a global context. However, this has brought with its major challenges in information security. A new reality was addressed in this "Information Age" in which we live, which is the increase of cybercrime on a global level. Due to the high growth of cybercrime on a global scale and the lack of a global treaty to combat these crimes, the need to implement measures against these types of crimes in cyberspace was born. The main objective of this text is through information technologies to provide a model for predicting cybercrime. It used the program RapidMiner which contains different data mining techniques. Within the different data mining techniques, the decision tree technique was used. Basically, this data mining technique consists of two stages, the first learning stage and the second prediction stage. The repository "communities and crimes" was obtained, with which the decision tree technique was carried out. In the first stage it turned out that, among all the dimensions analyzed, popilation (population per community) turned out to be the dimension with the greatest weight with respect to the other dimensions in cybercrime. In the second stage it was feasible to apply data mining to prevent cybercrime. Among the communities established in the prediction process, all resulted with a minimum probability of being victims of cybercrime again.

We analyzed the security of a database considering the environment of distributed systems, there are several security mechanisms that are applied to the different types of data that are saved; this research identifies several problems for mitigating the security of a distributed database. The objective is to define a basic scheme and an abstract algorithm through algorithms using flowchart techniques for a security process in a DDB. The deductive method and the exploratory investigation were used to analyze the information of the articles of the reference. It resulted in a basic structure based on a three-level architecture, with 3DES encryption algorithm applied to the request and response; SQL-based encryption for data processing; FPE encryption algorithm for storage in the database; the scheme was presented with its scope and possible limitations; and a prototype of an abstract algorithm expressed with flowchart techniques was obtained. It was concluded that the basic scheme and abstract algorithm presented as an alternative to control access to resources, to provide improved security in a distributed database.
