Dr. Bueno received a BSc in Telematics Engineering (2002), an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering (2004) and a European PhD in Telecommunications (2010) from the Technical University of Cartagena (Spain). Since 2006, she has been an Associate Professor in the same University. She is the author/coauthor of more than 100 international publications in conferences and journals and has participated in/led 25 Spanish and EU projects focused on ICT. Her research interests include network optimization, wireless technologies, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and ICT for education.
