Francisco Eduardo Oliva Ibarra received his degree in Computer Engineering from the University Center of Exact Sciences and Engineering (CUCEI), University of Guadalajara, in 1998. He obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Computing from the University Center of La Ciénega (CUCIÉNEGA) in 2002 and a Ph.D. in Physical-Mathematical Sciences with a specialization in Digital Signal Processing from the University Center of Los Valles (CUVALLES) in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor "C" at the Department of Computational Sciences and Engineering at CUVALLES, University of Guadalajara. He is also a member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNI Level I).
