I am a researcher specializing in the optimization and characterization of biosurfactants, with a focus on applications in circular economy and sustainable systems. My work encompasses advanced physicochemical analyses, such as zeta potential, particle size distribution, NMR, and FTIR, alongside experimental design techniques like Central Composite Design (CCD) to optimize biosurfactant production. I investigate variables such as carbon and nitrogen sources, aiming to maximize process efficiency in environmentally relevant contexts, including the use of seawater in oil displacement tests. Additionally, I contribute to the field through high-level bibliometric and literature reviews, bridging theoretical and practical knowledge to advance biotechnology and sustainability initiatives.
