Biography
Roberta Ascrizzi is a Junior Researcher at the Department of Pharmacy, Università di Pisa. She received her Ph.D. at the Department of Pharmacy, Università di Pisa in 2017. She conducted postdoctoral research from 2017 to 2019 at the Department of Pharmacy and Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment (DAFE), Università di Pisa, Italy. Her research interests include chromatography; mass spectrometry; solid phase extraction; spectrometry extraction; organic chemistry; phytochemicals; medicinal plants; spectroscopy; and herbal medicine.
