Dr. José Manuel Riesco-Avila

José M. Riesco-Ávila graduated in mechanical engineering from the Technological Institute of La Laguna. He obtained his M.S. degree in 1986 from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico, and his Ph.D. in 2004 from the Department of Thermal Machines and Engines of the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain. His research interests include SI and CI internal combustion engines, alternative fuels, thermal systems, and energy saving. His scientific publications include 5 book chapters, 33 papers in journals registered in the Journal Citation Reports, and more than 100 papers at scientific conferences (ORCID ID: 0000-0001-7810-2566).
