Dr Sanjiban Sekhar Roy is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology. His research interests include deep learning and advanced machine learning. He has published around 51 articles in reputed international journals (with SCI impact factors), has attended conferences and served as an editorial board member for a handful of international journals and has been a reviewer of many highly reputed journals. Dr. Roy also has edited around seven books with reputed international publishers. In addition to the Ministry of National Education, Romania and "Aurel Vlaicu" University, Romania has awarded Dr Roy with "A diploma of Excellence" for his scientific research activity in 2019.
