To realize the demagnetization fault diagnosis and degree estimation of permanent-magnet synchronous linear motors in linear motion applications with high precision and multiple working conditions, a novel double closed-loop control with an adaptive linear neuron (ALN) model reference adaptive system (MRAS) flux linkage observer is proposed in this article. First, a sliding-mode control (SMC) is introduced to design the velocity loop to obtain good speed adaptability. Then, the MRAS flux observer is established, and the ALN algorithm for modifying the MRAS adaptive law online is designed combining with MRAS flux observer. In addition, the finite element models of normal, weak (F1), mild (F2), moderate (F3), and severe (F4) demagnetization faults are established, and the accurate values of flux linkage under different demagnetization degrees are simulated. Furthermore, the demagnetization fault diagnosis algorithm is introduced with an SMC-ALN-MRAS flux observer. Finally, a prototype motor experimental platform is built, and comparative experiments are designed to confirm the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

A multi-view object detection approach based on deep learning is proposed in this paper. Classical object detection methods based on regression models are introduced, and the reasons for their weak ability to detect small objects are analyzed. To improve the performance of these methods, a multi-view object detection approach is proposed, and the model structure and working principles of this approach are explained. Additionally, the object retrieval ability and object detection accuracy of both the multi-view methods and the corresponding classical methods are evaluated and compared based on a test on a small object dataset. The experimental results show that in terms of object retrieval capability, Multi-view YOLO (You Only Look Once: Unified, Real-Time Object Detection), Multi-view YOLOv2 (based on an updated version of YOLO), and Multi-view SSD (Single Shot Multibox Detector) achieve AF (average F-measure) scores that are higher than those of their classical counterparts by 0.177, 0.06, and 0.169, respectively. Moreover, in terms of the detection accuracy, when difficult objects are not included, the mAP (mean average precision) scores of the multi-view methods are higher than those of the classical methods by 14.3%, 7.4%, and 13.1%, respectively. Thus, the validity of the approach proposed in this paper has been verified. In addition, compared with state-of-the-art methods based on region proposals, multi-view detection methods are faster while achieving mAPs that are approximately the same in small object detection.
Currently, the tuberculosis (TB) detection model based on chest X-ray images has the problem of excessive reliance on hardware computing resources, high equipment performance requirements, and being harder to deploy in low-cost personal computer and embedded devices. An efficient tuberculosis detection model is proposed to achieve accurate, efficient, and stable tuberculosis screening on devices with lower hardware levels. Due to the particularity of the chest X-ray images of TB patients, there are fewer labeled data, and the deep neural network model is difficult to fully train. We first analyzed the data distribution characteristics of two public TB datasets, and found that the two-stage tuberculosis identification (first divide, then classify) is insufficient. Secondly, according to the particularity of the detection image(s), the basic residual module was optimized and improved, and this is regarded as a crucial component of this article’s network. Finally, an efficient attention mechanism was introduced, which was used to fuse the channel features. The network architecture was optimally designed and adjusted according to the correct and sufficient experimental content. In order to evaluate the performance of the network, it was compared with other lightweight networks under personal computer and Jetson Xavier embedded devices. The experimental results show that the recall rate and accuracy of the E-TBNet proposed in this paper are better than those of classic lightweight networks such as SqueezeNet and ShuffleNet, and it also has a shorter reasoning time. E-TBNet will be more advantageous to deploy on equipment with low levels of hardware.

The rich semantic information in Control Flow Graphs (CFGs) of executable programs has made Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) a key focus for malware detection. However, existing CFG-based detection techniques face limitations in node feature extraction, such as information loss, neglect of execution sequence information, and redundancy in representation vectors. These limitations compromise the balance between high efficiency and precision when training detectors. Addressing this, we introduce an innovative Malware CFG Node Embedding (MalGNE) method. This approach utilizes a novel instruction encoding rule to address the Out-Of-Vocabulary(OOV) problem, generates high-quality initial vectors. Then, it employs aggregation layer and sequence layer to extract node aggregation feature and execution sequence feature, in conjunction with GNNs to develop a pre-trained node embedding model. The model maps the semantic information of node assembly instruction sequences into a compact, low-dimensional continuous space, ensuring high-quality feature extraction, and enhancing the performance and efficiency of the detector. We trained the MalGNE model using the BIG 2015 dataset and validated MalGNE-enhanced detector on the SOREL-20M and BODMAS datasets. MalGNE-enhanced detector demonstrates outstanding performance and efficiency in low-dimensional spaces, especially when the dimensionality of the node feature vector is reduced to 16. MalGNE-enhanced detector not only maintains a high detection accuracy of 95.49%. sacrificing only about 1.7% of accuracy to save approximately 73% of training time compared to 128 dimensions.
