Dr. Shipeng Yin is currently a postdoctoral fellow of the lipid innovation team of healthy food in the school of food science at Jiangnan University. He has rich overseas experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Japan. He received a Ph.D. in applied marine biosciences doctor from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology and a Masters and Bachelors degree from Pukyong National University of Korea. The main research fields are green development and application of marine functional substances, recycling and utilization of marine animal and plant wastes, design, development and application of microalgae cell factory, etc.
