Yang-Lang Chang received a Ph.D. degree in computer science and information engineering from the National Central University, Taiwan, in 2003. He is currently a Professor and the Chair of the Electrical Engineering Department at the National Taipei University of Technology. He is also the Director of the High-Performance Computing and Deep Learning Laboratory and NVIDIA-Taipei Tech Embedded GPU Joint Laboratory at the National Taipei University of Technology. He is currently also the Chair of the Taipei Chapter of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society. His research interests include remote sensing, high-performance computing, deep learning, pattern recognition, and image processing.
