Peng Jia, PhD in Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, is the director of the Key Laboratory of Underwater Operation Technology and Equipment of Heilongjiang Province, the director of the Institute of Underwater Operation Technology and Equipment of Harbin Engineering University, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Heilongjiang Mechanical Engineering Society.
